One of my first mods (and good bang-for-the-buck) was an aftermarket rear sway bar. If you search on Progress or Comptech RSBs you'll see lots of threads.

Agree ^^. Also, I recently installed a set of Tein Basic coilovers, they're relatively affordable (about $800) and will reduce the TSX's body roll in corners and curves without sacrificing much ride quality. You can lower the car using Basics as well, but you have to pay some attention to increasing the car's roll couple in the process, which can actually make the car roll MORE in corners.

This car has a excellent suspension to start with. All it needs is a Progress adjustable rear sway bar. Tein springs , a good set of sticky low profile tires and a good driver.
