I just got the Falken GR Beta FK-451 for $124 a piece. They seem to be good tires and have excellent reviews for wet traction. Now I just need to get rims.

Check http://www.tirerack.com for a good idea on what tires are below your $200 cost limit.

I've got those as well, at www.wheelsboutique.com. I love them so far! Haven't had a chance to test out the wet traction, but it's gonna rain any minute now, so I'll find out soon!

Amanda,

Are those pretty quiet on the road?
Are they louder/quieter than the stock tires?

I honestly haven't noticed a difference between them and stock yet. I was able to drive in some heavy rain on the way home from work today (oh the joy!) and they handled just as well as stock. I read that with these Falkens you feel every pebble you roll over, but that hasn't been the case for me yet. Take into consideration that my stocks were 16" Bridgestone Turanzas though....
