Pictures: Eibach Pro Kit On Koni Yellow's Lowest Setting

At the lowest perch setting... Too low for me so it will be brought back up to the center setting tomorrow. Sharing these pictures in case someone was curious to see how low Eibach Pro Kits on Koni Yellow's lowest perch setting ends up in. Please pardon the car being dirty =^)

Thanks for the pix, looks good as it is! But raised up it will be a little more functional I would guess.

nah thats the perfect height man let it there. it just takes a little time learning to drive like that. you have to go sideways out steep angled entrances and over speed bumps so you dont scrape.

Are changing the perch settings on the Koni's similar to that of adjusting the height on a set of coilovers? Where you can just jack the car up and turn the perch? Or does it require removal of the whole shock assembly?

I'm debating whether to just go with the Comptech/Neuspeed shock combo or Tanabe coilovers. If changing perch settings isn't too difficult on the Koni's, I might just go with those since they're more available right now.

The setup I have (Neuspeed Koni Yellow with Eibach Pro Kit) does require removal to adjust the height. If you think that you will be switching heights often, then you'd probably want to go with a coilover setup. I have to tell you and JMathew34 though that the Koni/Eibach combo feels great on the road

The drop looks great! With aftermarket wheels it would probalby rub a lot, but man it looks aggresive like that

i think the drop is perfect.

i don't even think you need new rims either. the stock rims look fine with that drop...

Looks good but I would raise it up alittle. I had the same drop for 2 days and it drove me crazy. I raised it up to the +1 Perch in front and 0 Perch in Rear with TEIN Htechs. I fit over everything and it still looks good.

i think you should raise up the rear a bit. when there is one or more people at the back, some luggage maybe too, the car will look unbalanced as the rear springs are fairly soft. Mine was on the lowest setting too and changed it back and now it looks better.

Raised...

Car felt really good at the lowest setting but I opted to raise the car. Current settings are:

Front = Middle
Rear = -1

Looks very nice. I am a fan of the intermediate drop on our cars. Can't wait for the Chi-town meet so I can check your car out!

Hey Old Man, your car looks sweet as hell! I just wanted to let you know that your car inspired me to get the eibach pro-kit/ koni neuspeeds. I plan on setting mine on the lowest setting, and was just wondering if you had any more pics of yours like that at all?
Also, I can't really tell from the pics, but I want mine to sit a just a tad bit higher in the rear than the front, will it be like that on the lowest setting or should I set the back up one?.......................thanks

Thanks for the compliment!

If you choose to go for the lowest perch setting all around, you will find the the rear sits a full inch higher than the front. You may want to think twice about setting the rear higher. I would suspect that your car's nose will tend to dive when braking hard.

I mentioned somewhere that when I had it at the lowest setting, the car felt very responsive. However, that could be attributed to how the techs at Top Setup set my toe and camber. Anyway, all I can say is that there's much fun to be had!

Yeah, I saw one of your posts where you mentioned you had installed them. Big difference, isn't it? I remember when I had them on my '04. Just positively changes the look and ride of the car. Enjoy the springs and start saving for the the Konis Also, I think it's time you shared pictures of your car.
