Optional Rims: 5 spoke 17" silver star
Hey Guys:
While I think the standard TSX rims are nice, to me they are slightly on the plain side. Have you guys looked at the optional 5 spoke "silver star" rims on the Acura website? I think they are exactly what I want: slightly more aggressive and sporty looking: they cost $1000.
What do you guys think of the price? It seems reasonable to me. I have never bought after market rims or any part for that matter. Maybe there are comparable or even better rims out there for a comparable price? Anybody else go with the optional rims. I'm not a Navigation person, so I will get the optional rims and the spoiler.
Thanks guys.

You should check out Xizor's TSX Wheel Gallery to see pics of the TSX with different rims. The gallery includes the optional OEM rims.

EDIT: The link to the gallery is on Post #39 of the attached thread link above.

I have them on my MR 6 MT, and they look very, very nice. They are difficult to find used, and there are maybe a couple of people that are still waiting to see if other people are selling.
I will move this to Rims & Tires to see of you can get more answers.

Acura doesnt sell them but you can probably get them somewhere else. I like the look of some of the cars that have the black rims with chrome lip. Site I found either offers 18 or 20 though. I think 20 sounds too big really, and dont know how easy it fits. But 18 is only a bit bigger than stock, anywhere know who sells a lot of 19s?

if you havent found anything yet... acura has the new ones for 07 that will fit all years. they are nice, not graphite colored anymore but you can get 17's in "sparkle silver" or chrome or 18's in chrome... same ones from the new A spec package
