I have them now. I came from Kumho ecsta SPT. Honestly, I like the Kumho's a bit more. Especially the thread design. But, there is nothing bad with the Sumitomos. They grip nicely and the wet traction is ok. I found that the ecstas had better lateral grip than the sumitomo, but they're both great. Nothing bad to say about the HTRZ III. Great tire, just not as nice, IMO, as the Kumhos.
HTR's are quiet, until they looks grip and they give off a weird sound, not like a regular tire squeal. I don't know how to describe it haha. Maybe it's only because they're pretty new right now.
Dry grip is great.
Wet grip is good.
Looks good.
Value? pretty good, a bit overpriced in my opinion. However, i got mine for 70/each because I work at NTB/Merchants/Tire Kingdom

The HTR ZIIIs have a soft sidewall. They're a good tire when they're brand new, but they drop of dramatically and quickly. I switched from these over to Federal 595RSRs and I am happy with my decision. I compare the 595RSRs to Falken Azenis, just probably a tad less grippy, but they do last quite a bit longer.
