Need advice onrear struts

I have a '05 TSX and need to replace the rear struts, I am looking for advice. Never yet replaced struts on a vehicle and need knowledge. Would not like to pay shop price and like doing things myself. I have heard you need to take the back seat out, what is the best way to do that? Also am looking for a good strut, not needing to be adjusted. Any advice welcome!
