Mmmm Coilovers...

I've narrowed my choices down to these setups for my 2005 TSX. My goal is the most comfortable ride quality for a DD. So which of these models offers the softest ride quality?

Skunk 2 Pro-S Full Coilover kit

Tanabe S-OC Damper Coilover kit

Tanabe S-OC Type-II Damper

Buddy Club N+ Damper Kit

tanabe is softest of the listed 3 brands.
but if you want the softest, that would be Tein CST.

The N+ give a VERY comfortable ride when set to soft. And they have a lot more performance potential than the Tanabes.

I have the tanabe S-OC 2 and i like them, but if it weren't for the fact that I got them used from a friend, I would have gotten the buddy Club N+. My other friend has those and they're really nice.

NAY on the Skunk2 absolutely.

Like MMs said, if you want the softest, Tein CST's are the way to go.

I got em and absolutely love them.

I'm not sure I want to drop that much on a suspension that will never see a track in it's life. My only other option is going with Tein H-Tech Luxury Springs with A-Spec Shocks.

That is a good setup in itself, but it is not adjustable at all for height or ride.

Yeah I figure if I do that I'll probably get the 3M clear bra to save my front lip during the winter months. I do have a set of RPF1 wheels I plan on selling that I could use to easily fund a set of coilovers though...decisions decisions.

damn i'm in the same situation too! Looking for coilovers that will do height adjustment with a soft/medium setting that doesn't cost too much. So.. what do you think is the best value?

Tanabe S-OC Type II
Buddy Club N+
Tein Basics
