the craftsmen forged one is very nice, a lot better than the $10 ones that look like they'll snap any second

What do you mean?
I love those "snap any moment while applying 80 lbs./ft" torque wrenches. Who wouldn't?
But I do recommend the MAC click style torque wrenches.

Anyway torque smorque.....install that stuff already

So I did the rear and now all that is left is the front. hypothesis was that the back would get another 1/4 inch with full tank and indeed my preminition came true. Rear with 3/4 tank of gas + 2 12 inch subs + MDF box and amps = a 1/4" more of drop. Here are the pics.

back left

back right

gas

Sorry for my hand being in the way but I had to block the reflection of the flash or else you wouldnt be able too see the pics..

Does anyone know the torque specs on the bolts that hold the ingalls rear camber kit in place??

I bought a craftsman one that goes up to 250 lbs and
I bought some sears spring compessors and they are great..
I also bought some deep metric sockets , a set of metric open end wrenches and some metric allen wrenches. 190.00 in total not bad for some tools I'll be using in the near future..

Thanks man... I do have a 35% tint but only because I dont like to get pulled over unexpectedly. On my IS300 I had 5% and only got pulled over 1 time in three years for the tint and 4-5 times total..

My camera charged up so I took a couple of close up of the four wheel wells. one of the pics came out a little higher, so the angle makes the front look a bit uneven but its good..

front left

front right

rear left

rear right

I went a 360 degree counter clockwise from all the way clockwise. So far Ive noticed that the ride is a lot like stock but it feels even better to me. My friend says he noticed that you can feel a bit more of the little rocks but I dont know Maybe after the allainment I will have more time to drive it to see what else is new.

Well My impressions on the drop is:

The front left squeaks a bit But the handling is better than stock. The ride is very close to stock But you feel the bumps a little more. some times it gets a little uncomfortable but hey Thats the price you pay when you drop a car. I really dont know what could be causing the squeak, its very annoying.

You might enjoy the cars handling even more if you zero out the rear toe and increase the toe out in the front to -.16 TOTAL TOE OUT

You just need to find a shop that will do a custom alignment to your desired spec.

TSX420J, you pm box is full. Did you get the squeak after bending the spindle? Btw, I wouldn't recommend adjusting alignment via that method.

Yeah I was unsure about it but the guy said he does like three of those a day and then I saw all the cars that were there (Rolls Royce phantom, MB cl 600, brand new Dodge charger, 2 BMW 750 IL's , a 350 Zand a RX-8). The place is a chassis and alliament shop so I kind of let that make me feel confortable with the procedure.
