Looking for Rims... 04 TSX
Alright, I know this is sort of a broad question... But as far as far as now i'm in the dark with the issue at hand... I have an 04 TSX and I want to put some rims on but i'm unsure of how big my rims can be as far as fitting in the wheel well... and if anyone has suggestions or a site where i can find rims for an 04 TSX

size suggestion:
get 18 inch rims.
you can cram up to 20 inch ones in there, but they look terrible.
plus they will weigh the car down too much.
if you want big rims and don't care as much about performance, then
you can get away with 19's, just get a very light 19 nothing heavy.
as far as 18's go, getting 18's with a lip on them, or with spikes that dip in before
the rim will make the rims look small, like 17's. so the best option is a full faced
rim where the spokes go all the way out to the rim. but really it's all a matter of taste.
as far as width, 8 inches is good. from 7.5 to 8.5 is where you want to keep it.
stock is 7, and 7.5 and 8 are the most common for sure.
as far as offset goes, you want to usually stick to +42-+55 to be safe and not worry
about rubbing or anything. if you drop less, then you can run a lower offset. if you
like your car slammed, then keeping it at +45 or above is a good idea. some people
will roll their fenders and cut or move their fender liners so they can run lower offsets
to achieve a more aggressive look. that can come with it's problems though.
as far as places to buy them, well there's all kinds of them.
first thing to probably do is figure out your budget and ask for suggestions.
most people tend to gravitate towards high quality japanese rims like volks or works.
and for that you're looking at about an average of $2k and up for a set.
budget determines a lot.
p.s. the bolt pattern is 5x114.3
