I just purchased a set of neuspeed koni's and I wanted to set all the shocks to the softest setting, so when I installed them it would be easier to adjust the dampening. I put the knob on the top of the shock and began to spin it clockwise and I never hit a spot that it stopped. Is there something wrong with the shock or do you need to have them compressed to work?
