I put some thought to the problem and I don't think yours is too low to cause this noise problem. If anything, I'd look into bad welding spots or loose spots in the rear right side. and I am pretty sure your camber is not the problem unless there it was installed incorrectly. If it's installed incorrectly, you should have wiggly movement at turns etc.
Anyway, I took some pix of the car.
First picture doesn't tell much, if you want, Dinoc, I can take it again with a better angle/height to show how much gap I have.
Next 4 pix should show you how much I lowered and how much gap I have. As you can see, I have around 1-1.5 finger gaps all around. I found a document telling me how low the lower spring perch should be from the top strut nut. (you had ones for the rear as 265-300mm but I found that info for front too) I am going to do one last measurement and adjust accordingly. I have written down in the car, I'll give u the numbers tomorrow. Hope this helps.
ciao

Nice drop ebell !
Can you please take some pics from the same level like the car is (like in my picture) ?
PS> To have big pix, insert the big image not the thumb one (the small one) .

Guess what Dinu,
I don't know if your problem is from same source as mine, but I believe I found the cause for my problem.
I was checking/readjusting the height and I noticed that rear passenger side strut was moving a little without much force at all. I tried the same thing for the other side, but it barely moved with lots of force.
Again, I checked the bottom-end and top-end of the strut assembly to the knuckle and to the body, they were screwed down solid. That left me to suspect one possibility. The strut rod(?) that moves in and out of the strut assembly as spring compresses/uncompresses is not just moving up and down but also moving sideways a bit creating all the problems.
This explains why I couldn't adjust the height with ease and at the same height, the locations of the springs seats at the back end was so much different. I guess the strut rod couldn't go in as smoothly since it was bent or damaged.
Also I had a metal creaking sound when I put additional load on the problematic strut (lifting the rear driver side of the car etc.) I thought it was a noise from chassis flexing but I guess it was the strut that's making the noise.
How should go about getting it fixed/warranted? Do I contact the seller first or do I go directly to H&R (Canada, America or Germany?) How long does it take to get a new one from them? I will be going to Korea for 3 wks in July and I hope I can deal with it within that period. As for a month I am here in Canada, I am debating whether I should drive slowly or just take bus metro walk.

Well, I've switched the rear suspension today , and I will watch it if the noise will switch its side, also or it will disappear.
But I noticed something else ... it looks like one rear side is more lowered than the other side ( a few mm ).
On the strut , both sides have the same length .. now that's strange ... but maybe I did not find the perfect flat place to measure this ... I'll have to check this again.
Have you encountered something like this ?
Anyway I have to check if the strut can be moved side ways, too.

Yes, I've mentioned it before. My rear passenger side is higher about 0.5" given the spring seats were approximately at the same location from the top of the spring.
B/c, I think, the strut is messed up, it doesn't get compressed/uncompressed as it's supposed to.
It wasn't really "moving sideways", but more like shaking, and I could hear some metallic sound and feel that it's a bit giving.
Ne idea what I can do with it with H&R?

To be more detail, I currently have just about 13" on the rear driver side strut (do you remember from the email from H&R that it should be set at 265-300mm? which is about 10.5-11.5", and I am guessing it'll lower the car about 1.5-2.8" taking from their website). However, I only have 1.7" drop with 13" (did I lose you? ;.
Today, I lowered the rear passenger side about 0.5" to match the height of the rear driver side. Now I find rear driver side is lowered also by ~0.5" (total drop of ~2.2") (weird huh?), which is more believable according to the H&R's instruction.
I am feeling positive that the rear passenger side strut is messed up, not moving up and down freely.
Also from about 2 wks ago, I had 4 passenger in the car and rear was dropped even more due the the weight, even after they were off the car and lasted about a day or two (now that I think about it, I think the strut was stuck and it slowly decompressed over time).
So, I think I need to deal with H&R now.
How long would it take, ne1 know?

Since many of you have been through a long winter, do you guys still have issues with the camber kit rattling? I'm contemplating getting the Ingalls, but I had an issue with rattling rims (it had to do with a center cap), and it drove me nuts.
