HP Racing EVO quality and fit for TSX?

Still searching for some new wheels for my CG TSX and saw some HP Racing Evos on eBay. Anyone know anything about the quality (strength, durability, finish, weight, etc.) of the wheels?

Also, was wondering if the wheels would even fit on the TSX (18 x 8, 38 mm offset). I've seen some guys on the gallery who are running lowered with 19 x 8.5 and only 40mm offset w/o rubbing, so I figure these should fit. Any holes in this logic?

I've never had HP Racing Evo wheels before...but they're pretty inexpensive so i guess it's worth the risk

for 18 X 8 wheels you'll need at least >+40 offset. just as a reminder stock offset is +55

i just checked the HP EVO couple days ago, they're 18x8 with extremely low offset, +35 if I remembered correctly, that's why i took HP Evo off my list. So double check with the vendor and make sure he's got the right offset

That's good advice kaikai... should verify that the offset that they list is actually one that is offered by HP Racing just in case the owner has it wrong. Kind of liked the wheels becasue I thought they had that mesh look that I want at a reasonable price but I guess the point is moot if they don't fit!

Don't know anything about the quality of the wheels; I think I read somewhere that HP Racing manufactures some of the Racing Hart Evo wheels (that's the Evo line, not the JDM Racing Harts).
