You did see the wheel, right?

Seriously, discount tire blows out wheels from time to time, they do the same thing with tires. If its an old model and/or its not selling well they will drop the price and move it quickly. You can often get smoking good deals that way, the problem is you have an older style wheel and if you need a replacement in the future it will be much harder to locate one.
