Going lower on A spec struts????

I put on the A spec kit last week and i like the ride and handling upgrade but eventually when i get wheels i'll probably want to go lower. Anybody swapped the A spec springs for something like the Pro-Kit?

Don't do it.......

When you're ready to switch, there's always people looking for used A-Spec kits. Sell it and pick a complete package. You still have a nice balanced package right now; you'll be taking a step back by simply adding springs to your kit.

I know some people have speculated that it would be okay because the A-Spec struts are designed for lower springs, but they're still not properly matched/tuned to some random spring, and because they have no damping adjustability, they don't have any flexibility in that regard.

I know the Koni setup may not be a perfect match for everyone, because Koni does not know what spring you will be using either, but you can adjust the damping to your tastes/needs to work better with your springs.

Or consider an all-in-one coilover setup....

I want the Eibach Pro-System and rear camber kit but last time i checked it will be a while before they get the struts ready. I'll just run the A spec until its available.

Yeah their supplier(who they wouldn't name, probably Bilstein or Tokico) is having trouble with the struts. I trust Eibach though and they won't release it until it's right.

Typically Eibach uses Boge/Sachs in their Pro-System setup.
