IMHO, it's not necessary. The CT RSB is needed to tighten up the rear... add some coilovers and/or better tires, and the car has a really neutral feel to it, including better turn-in. If you put a thicker front sway bar on, I would think you'd increase the TSX's tendency to understeer again.

I'm with Amadeus303 on this one, there's no real need to put a thicker FSB. And to be honest, they're a PIA to install!
Save some money for better tires, and maybe even some good brake kits.
