Do Tanabe Sustec Pro S-OC come with upper mounts?

I think its lame that the tein basics make you use the old upper mounts (more work to do). I want a coilover under 1K (no need for damper adjust) that I can just throw in without undoing my oem suspension.
Is this the case with the tanabes?

I have the Pro S-OC Type IIs, and they re-use the top mounts... IIRC, the Tanabe Pro S-OC's (uses helper springs) also require you to use the upper mounts. If it's really a big deal to you, just buy an extra set of mounts so that you can have a "complete" stock setup and a "complete" aftermarket setup. I think Heeltoe sells 'em...
