do i really need hubcentric rings?
i think the oem center bore is 61mm, considering wheels with a 71mm centerbore, woundering do i really need the hubrings or thats just for cars with lots of torque?

I favor having the wheel torqued down at its centered position on the hub, meaning I use hubcentric rings. This helps insure proper positioning of the wheel, thus minimizing the chance for wheel vibration.

TSX is 64.1 and a lot of aftermarket rims run around the 73 like Work, Volk etc. My Work CR Kai are 73.3 and I got 73.1 hub rings and they worked fine. I got mine off of eBay. They have plenty in stock on that site, just search for it on there.
As for needing them that is an argument that can go either way. It's your choice. I just like them because it stops the rims from vibrating at higher speeds and takes the pressure off of the studs on the cars. Other ppl say it doesn't really do anything besides stopping the vibration. I got mine for like 8 bucks so why not haha.
