Convert spring rates
Can someone please convert these spring rates: 400 (front) and 225 (rear). I'm used to seeing spring rates, for example, in the format of 10 (front) and 8 (rear). I'm assuming my numbers are based on lbs/inch as opposed to kg/mm. Thanks.

Although this is probably more precise:

If we use 56, that means 400/56 and 225/56 = 7.14F / 4.01R.
I'm not sure if these values are supposed to be rounded to a whole number or if it's customary to go to 2 decimal positions (or maybe only 1 decimal position?).
