Coilover Feedback

OK - After approx 7K miles My pro-kit set up with stock shocks is getting bouncy - want to upgrade to coilovers - did several searches and looks like Tein vs. Buddy Club - Found the Buddy Club N+ Spec on Ebay for $859 From DOHC Garage. Looks like a good deal and I like the idea of ride height adjustability independent of spring compression and the urethane upper mounts to keep down the noise vs pillow ball on the Tein Flex. Any feedback on Buddy Club N+ Spec vs Tein Flex or feedback on Ebay seller??

I know many people are very happy with the flex, myself included. That price for the Buddy Clubs is very nice however, far lower than you could pick up a set of Tein Flex for

Thats what I am thinking as well - do you experience much noise with your Flex? How do you feel about your ride quality? Not looking for the "stock" ride quality but I do not want to get beat up on our Ohio roads. Did you install your Teins'? If so how was the install? Thanks for your feedback

The Flex is stiffer than stock for sure, although I barely remember stock after being on Eibachs for a year. I installed my Teins, very easy since the Flex are pre-assembled with upper mounts.

Once again, I appreciate your feedback. You did not mention any noise issues with your Flex.... Is that the case? I have seen many threads about suspension noise with the pillow ball mounts. Thanks again!

I love my Tein SS, but those don't look like they are going to be on your list.

I was actually considering the Tein SS but when I ran across the Buddy Club for about the same dollars it made me think twice. I like the idea of height adjustment separate from spring compression - in the real world maybe it is not that big of deal but it seems to me that this would be a nice feature. The Flex have this same feature but a lot more$ and I am a little leary of the pillow ball mounts since I have seen some people complain about suspension noise with those.
