Applying different pressure when braking. Problem?

Hey everyone,

I have an 07 TSX and a weird braking issue that I'm wondering if normal or not.

The best way for me to describe it is that braking sometimes requires me to press the brakes to a different depth in order for the actual brakes to engage. Sometimes, as I'm driving, the brakes will be super responsive and engage as soon as I press them down. Other times, though, I'll have to press them pretty far down before they engage. Is this normal? Is this how the VSA works?

I'm totally baffled about whether or not I need to get this checked out so I wanted to ask you pros first!

Thanks!

Alex

Check the brake fluid level/lines.

When it is super responsive - is it after a few stops?

Pads tend to perform better when they're warmed up
