235/35/19 on a 19x8.5+45

basically can i do a 235/35 on a 19x8.5 +45 offset without rubbing. i have only a 1.2 drop. can anyone with this setup chime in? i dont want 225/35 tires. Thanks

i have the ron jon inspyres 19x8.5 +42mm offset. I also have the aspec suspension which is roughly a 1" drop. However i am running a 225/35 sorry but it does look like 235 should fit its gonna be close i think. i dont really see how big the difference in the 225 v.s the 235 would really be.

i think it will be real close but shouldnt rub. Sometimes it makes a difference in tire brand also. Some sidewalls are larger then others....sounds dumb, but its true. I had 225/35 on 19x8.5 before with no rubbing issues and dropped a lot lower. Now i have 225/35 on 19x8 and it rubs sometimes going through dips in the road.
