17" or 18"

17" or 18"
I'm thinking of getting a new sets of rims for my tsx and was wondering what will be better choice.
17" - Lightweight. Better performance wise
18" - Bling factor. Looks better. More rolling mass than 17's
Getting a 18" forged lightweight someting like volk will resolve the problem but I'm really tight wih budget and also I have two sets of 235/40/17 tires that are almost new sitting in my storage...
Is "KOSEI" rims good? Kosei K1 TS 17X7 is listed as 13.7lb only when SSR Competition is around 14.5lb. @ Tirerack.com
Opinions please.

get 18. if u gonna spend the money, no point getting 17s unless u gonna strip your car and make it pure pure racing machine. Just get the 18s and think of yourself as ate too much gained few pounds of weight, no big deal at all. 18

i dont think 18's wouldnt make a difference at all if you got similar weight as the 17s which many 18's are.... and get thin tires to compensate and make the diameter exactly the same.... probably would make no difference at all.
