ACURA TSX vs BMW E46 325i?

Can an ACURA TSX AT with Injen CAI, Comptech Catback and DC header kill a Stock BMW E46 325i or Audi 1.8T A4?

Also can this TSX (obviously mine ) kill a stock E46 330i?

So you think TSX AT will beat the 325i AT but not 330i, right?

Talking

it all depends on the driver.. the other night my buddy from work was in his TL and he said, "that white on black RL looks like he wants to race you." he did, but he couldn't catch up to me in 'light' traffic

ive beaten a 525i AT but obviously the 5 series is heavier and translates to being slower...prolly not by much...and its not gonna be a kill it will be close a missed shift in SS mode would lose it...but shift perfect even from a dig and you got it by about a 1/2-1 car length...have fun and make sure u report back

put driver factor aside, just about the car....which one is better?

How about the E90 325i?

I did raced couple times with my buddy who has 02 BMW E46 325i.

Before I put on the CAI, I was able to beat him. However after the CAI was installed, my respond got slower so I lost several times.

I have just put on the Comptech Catback and DC header, so now I am thinking about racing with him again see whether it is better now.

But it does make the car faster especially on the freeway and I love the sound.

Hmm, With the BMW 3 series having DINAN, Eisenmann, and AC Schnizter as some of their MOD arsenal, I wouldn't try to race one.

they both slow as hell. theres your quick answer

330i are a little better. E46 probably mid 15's with average driver in the quarter mile/90-92 MPH. not terrible for a sporty car.

TSX or 325i, christ, you could take a power nap on your way down the quarter mile.

yeah, He is right! 325i and 330i is totally different. You have no chance of against the 330i. I'm guessing this is a 99-04 model that he raced?? because new 325i is much faster than 99-04 model. I believe we have no chance against the new 325i or 330i.

You might be able to take a 325 with your simple mods if the other car was stock. However... the 330 is pretty darn quick. I wouldn't even try unless you had forced injection or at least a reflash of some sort. They aren't that heavy, they've got 2 more cylinders than you, and about 1.5 times more displacement than you.
