TSX Service/Repair Manual

Anyone recommend any sort of service / repair manual for an 2006 TSX? I enjoy working on my cars myself, not to mention the money it saves - sometimes these manuals can help a lot. Having little trouble finding something online to purchase. Haynes doesn't seem to have a manual for any TSX's. Any suggestions?

By far the best investment you can make in your car if you like DIY:

http://www.helminc.com/helm/product2...A02&itemtype=N

Its the factory service manual. It pays for itself if it saves you even one hour (or less!) of shop labor rates!

HandA Accessories still has the 04-07 Service Manual on clearance for $78 (their 04-08 is still full price). It's almost 3" of really-thin-page-reading-fun! (it's actually interesting to just browse through it reading about stuff... along with being useful of course)

04-06 one I linked to above from the source (Helminc) is only $56.50.

Do any of those places sell the electronic version (legit) of service manuals ?

I would prefer one over the paper edition and I'm not really interested in the subscription service.

That manual is priceless. I have spent countless hours reading and researching and trying to disect how to effectively tear apart my car without breaking a thing! Also very useful in trying to figure out the wiring for audio system/any system upgrade/mods. One of the first accessories I bought for my car

I've been looking for a place to sell a repair manual as well. I checked with Autozone and Amazon and they don't have one for 2007 TSX.

Please point me to the right place. Thanks.

Sorry folks, but I had to delete all the posts dealing with the downloading of the service manual. It is copyrighted by Honda and if we allow the information to be posted in the forum, Honda could shut us down.

www.helminc.com is the only legal place to obtain the manual.

I've been looking everywhere for a 2004 Acura TSX repair manual, thanks for the recommendation. I will give it a try.

Is this the original manual that comes with the car?

in case anyone is still coming here looking for a service manual..i was able to find one free in a zip file from a link on some Honda forum.. I'm thinking it might have been hondahookup.com but I'm not exactly sure.. just letting you know it CAN be found with some searching. the electrical troubleshooting manual however doesn't seem to be available anywhere for free. but the factory manual should prove more than enough for the majority of people.

That zip file that you're referring to is incomplete. Its not the usual helms service manual that I've been able to find for other models. Still haven't been able to find the single file pdf of the helms service manual.

I also don't know why people are so insistent upon providing URLs to the helms website where you can purchase these manuals. FFS this is an INTERNET DISCUSSION BOARD. I've got over 30GB of Honda / Acura Factory Service manuals (most are by Helms) spanning across over 45 different models. I have not spent a dime on any of them. When people respond on here pointing to the place where you can purchase them, that's about as useful as saying "oh yeah, the Honda dealership sells whatever part you want!!!!"

Lol, yeah I completely agree with you about the ppl who link the helm site! Smh!! I tried to tell myself it was likely due to the fact that this forum doesn't allow links to free downloads (hence my vague reference to where I found the free manual)..well that AND I didn't bother going bk to locate the file download since I couldn't link it here and I didn't remember exactly where it was.

Anyway, it sounds like you found the correct forum for accessing the manual but I also remember there were a few diff links on the forum...you're right about one of em not being the complete manual, but if you keep going further down someone else did share a link with the entire manual.

Im just now seeing your msg so you may have already found a full manual elsewhere, but if not go back to hondahookup and look again. The info in that manual has helped me out SO MUCH!!

Oh yeah back to how ppl like to give links to where you can purchase manuals..this forum isn't the only place I've noticed people doing that and it annoys me every time I see it!! I couldn't afford to BUY a manual when I went searching and honestly I feel like vehicle service manuals shld come free with any car you buy!!
