Car's good in condition, engine wise, it sounds perfect.
driving noise, it's perfect except a squeaking or craking noise when dirinvg at a low speed.

i often hear it when i drive 20~35mph, or go over a speed bump at ~5mph, or pull upto my driveway to park ~0~5mph.

it really isn't a "squeaky" noise, but it's more like a noise you hear when you sit on a cushy leather sofa.

sounds like everything's falling apart in a bad way ..

i removed all my stuff out of the car, and expected that my new Tein SS is making that noise. but my guess is that suspension won't make that type of sound,

instead, i think it has to do with windows +rubber rubbing sound.

anyone experience this?

 

I've noticed that when I have my sunroof cover open I hear alot of squeking and cracking noises. That's the only time though.

 

Can you localize it better? I.e. is it coming from the front, rear, left, right, engine, trunk, etc?

This sounds like a squeak that I had which turned out to be my Comptech RSB rubbing against the inside of one of the poly bushings.

 

Here's a weird one... I noticed a creak whenever my wife was sitting in the passenger seat. Turned out it was her seatbelt rubbing on the leather of the seat, just behind the top of her right shoulder. Moving the mount a few clicks up fixed that.

 

yea it's those little things that bother in daily driving.

turns out that it's something about the sunroof. with the sunroof open, no sound when going upto drive way, or driving at slow speed.
some lubricant needed for sunroof and that's all i guess.

 

Common issue from what I know. I took it back to the dealer and they lubed it for me. Went in for the free car wash heh
