Has anybody gotten the dealer to fix the sliding seat when braking? I tried changing the seat position so that it locked better, but to no avail. I wonder if the dealer can fix this if I bring it up.

Seat
I have Accord 2003 and had a same problem. I took it to a dealer. They told me that my seat needed new rails. I took me for 3 weeks to wait for the part. When my dealer got the part, they found out that the rails was bolted into the seat. So they had to send my seat to uphostry shop to un-bolt and install new rails. My dealer told me that Honda will not replace a whole seat and if Honda is going to do it, my seat color may not be the same with the rest. I left my car at my dealer for half day and they did fix the problem.
I know that we are talking about TSX here, not Accord, but it may be the same.

I haven't heard of this problem and I am not experiencing it. I would definately take it in immediately because if you're in an accident, you don't want that seat coming off the rails.
