Unhappy Satellite Updated And Now Asking For PIN

2004 TSX Manual w/ Navi - Just last week, I turned on the car and it said it was updating the Navigation. I didn't think too much of it. But when I came back to it in the morning, it was asking me for a 4 digit PIN. I'm now locked out of all the functions related to screen operation. What gives? Let me know if anybody else experienced the same thing. Thanks!

Look inside your glove box. There should be a sticker with a few numbers on it. The 4 digit one is your nav code.

Thanks Itchytoe! I'll take a look tonight. But has anybody else have their navi automatically updated like this?

No code on, in, or behind the glove box, none on the fuse cover either, none in the trunk. Blah! Guess I'm going to need to call the dealership. Don't think they ever gave me a Navi PIN. All I have is the radio one. Sucks! If anybody else know of any other place I should check, let me know. Thanks!

Code should be in one of two locations (you already checked).

Sit in the driver's seat, open the glove box, look on the outside closest to the center stack or the inside furthest from the center stack and the codes should be on two paper labels, readable from the driver's seat.

Otherwise, the dealship can call up your codes and print them for you.
