Rusty Exhaust pipe

I am surprised that the exhaust pipes on almost all TSX turns rusty immediately. Any idea if this is covered under warranty to get them replaced or is it just cosmetic issue that will not reduce exhaust pipe life?

if your talking about the pipes themselves.. stainless does rust when its not gloss.. if your talking about the muffler tips.. I might be inclined to mention it to your dealer.. that or a bit of autosol will clean them right up.. OR.. something else I found works good on heavy corrosion/tar/dirt.. is fast orange hand cleaner.. (do not use on paint though).

Yes I am talking about the pipes not the muffler tips. And I even spray the pipes with water when I wash my car. ... I have seen new Accords mufflers and they stay silver... I guess honda is coating their mufflers on Accords being build in N.A while Japanese exports don't get coating...

The stock exhaust is mild steel not stainless, so it will rust.
