Rough shifting / clutch pedal too high

I've been having this problem for quite a while. This car shifts absolutely horribly. It always has that feeling like I'm releasing off the clutch too early and it gives me that bumpy feeling that it usually puts off. Another problem I noticed is that in higher RPMs, sometimes 2nd gear doesn't want to go in. Last one is the fact that my clutch is very high. It's kind of hard to explain what I mean, but in every car I have ever driven, usually I don't come all the way up to the top of the pedal to disengage the clutch, but this car requires me to.

I'd like to think it's my driving, but I just can't accept that fact anymore. I've been driving manuals since I began driving 8 years ago, 3 Hondas and a Toyota and never once had any issues. Added onto that, everyone who has driven my car has the exact same problem.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on here?

The synco's might be the problem the 2ng gear not working to well. I had that problem in my RSX and they replaced the entire tranny for free under warrenty. I say if you are still under warrenty take it in.

If you only recently (a couple months) got the car, I would say you just need to get used to driving the drive-by-wire throttle.

Otherwise, like above, bring it to the dealer to check out the clutch pedal, etc.

it's been a little bit over a year now. I'm going to try to get something scheduled and let them check it out. I'm still within my power train warranty
