Replaced left rear caliper only, do I need to bleed entire system?
2005 Acura TSX, replaced the left rear caliper with a remanufactured one (along with pads and rotor). I didn't refill it before I put it on, now I'm wondering about the proper procedure for finishing up the job, it's my first TSX. Do I need to bleed all 4 tires as suggested or just do the pump the pedal routine (I have my son to help me) for that caliper only? Thanks in advance.

If brake fluid reservoir was emptied and you pressed the brake pedal, air was pushed into hydraulic lines in all wheels. If fluid level was not allowed to fall too low, and brake pedal not pressed, you might get away w/ bleeding only the LR.
good luck

Thanks TexasHonda, haven't done anything yet after replacing the caliper though I'm not sure if we pressed the pedal, we were in and out of the car few times.
When bleeding the LR or all four, does the cap on the reservoir stays on or off? I've heard conflicting opinions.
