Rattling noise coming from the front passenger side door.
Just recently I had to get my fender replaced. I have been experiencing rattling noise coming from the front passenger door when I drive passed 60 mph or go over speed bumps.
I went to the local Acura dealer to get the door checked and they said that there was no problem with the door.
I'm assuming that there is a loose screw somewhere near the fender that had to be replaced or the dealer didn't check at all.
The sound really annoys me while driving. What should I do to fix my problem?

who replaced the fender?
bring it to them, have someone from there sit in your car,
and get on the interstate. demonstrate the problem to them.
bring the car back to their shop.
make them fix it.

I had a problem like this and it drove me crazy. each time I went to the dealership I would ask the tech to go on a test drive with me and it would never make the noise. The last time I went I stopped the car and asked him to sit in the back seat. Pow! It turns out that it was actually the passenger side front seat that was slightly loose and made a noise when I would go over certain bumps. He was able to reproduce it by punching the seat on the side. give it a try, maybe it's the same issue I had. They fixed it by tightening the screws that hold it in place. no more problems.

I get the passenger rattle when going 25 mph let alone 60. I will find out myself though. I just need to sit in the passenger seat while someone else drives my car. That's going to be difficult for me to allow.

Oliver!!!
I understand that! I've only let one other person drive my baby. She's generally my DD when we go out to any parties or anything like that.
I too have a rattle coming from my passenger seat. I think that mine comes from a piece of trim that goes around where the seat belt attaches to the base of the seat. It doesn't do it often, but when it does I'm able to stop it by grabbing the seat belt and pulling it towards me putting a little bit of tenson on the belt. I've also noticed that if I leave ANYTHING sitting on the seat, it rattles. I had a DVD sitting on the seat on my way to work today and it drove me nuts.

I found mine in two parts. 1st was the hood and upper fender trim. Two of the hood bolts were loose and the fender trim not aligned were rubbing. 2nd was the window weather seals, they were worn and alow the window to rattle. The big thing is to take out every thing in your glove box. I find that every time some come in with a rattle there, that where it is. Holla back with what you find.
