I was washing my car today and noticed a blemish on my car. The paint seems to be lighter in this particular spot. The size of the discoloration would be about the size of a postage stamp. Anyone have any ideas what may have caused this?

CGP like many other colours is dark and very reflective. If you detail your vehicle yourself (PC, UDM) or get it detailed make sure practice safe detailing habits. I know the place where I used to get my MDX detailed was under par, I always thought I was saving extra money, but really sacrificed the quality. My truck looked great but once that show car gloss wearied off you could see significant cracks in the clear coat and blemishes + it started to orange peel on the rear boot.
