I might have to look into this cause my squeaking windows and moonroof drive me crazy and i'm only at 3500 miles!!!! The windows aren't as bad as the moonroof. I use 303 on the moonroof and it helps it for like week and then it comes back. Might ask the dealership to apply that tape but not sure what to do with the windows.
I have a dash rattle on the driver side too....any thread for that one?? lol

Took my 06' TSX in to the dealer. They installed anti-squeak tape and lubricated the rubber. The sound went away but after I opened and closed my roof a few times, the sound just came back. I think the tape just rubbed off.

The tape is clear and the application of it looks pretty precise, you have to really look for it to see it, and when do you ever closely inspect the lip around your sunroof? I'd suggest seeing if they'll go this route; otherwise, you'll be dealing with this every couple of months when it's humid out.
Tks.........

looks like its just regular clear tape so that the rubber seals with a smoother coating vs painted metal. I'd be curious if just putting on some regular, semi thick, package tape cut nicely would do the trick. I have the rattle too, thats why my sunroof's inner slidething never gets opened lol.

Hence, thicker = lasts longer.
You can probably find a similar grease (NOT a sealant, lol!) at auto parts stores or maybe even Home Depot. Again, don't get a sealant!

The more I research this product the more I think this is the way to go. A number of bulletin boards recommend this as a good solution for both the sunroof rattle and the windows rattle. My local Acrura dealer carries it (and has it in stock) for $15.85, the local Honda dealer says they have it for $15.00. You may find it for less elsewhere on-line but watch out for those shipping charges.
