Going to guess something wasn't secured or tightened up properly when you had the rear sway bar links and bushings replaced. I would definitely be calling the shop where you had the work done.

Could be;
wheel - wheel bearing
brakes - caliper dragging on rotor.
brakes - dust shield bent and rubbing on rotor/wheel
rear sway bar - end links not tight or may have come loose, hitting or dragging on something.
could be something totally different than what I have suggested.
I also suggest to have some one inspect where the noise is coming from! usually a bent piece is NOTICIBLE and some one can spot that real quick.
and yes, if the noise happened AFTER the work that was performed, bring it back!

Just don't delay getting in touch with the shop. They need to be put on notice quickly and you don't want to be unnecessarily causing any incremental damage by continuing to drive as it currently is.

+1 My bet is that the sway bar links were not tightened properly and/or the bushings weren't greased.
