I voted no rattles but it didn't say anything about squeeks.

From inside with the windows down, peel back the rubber gasket around the window frame and wipe inside with vinylx with a cotton towel, just peel
back the rubber a little. This might last a month.
This is for squeeking of the rubber against the door metal.

And wipe the other door seals and the sunroof seal with vinylx each month.

[QUOTE=mohfoe22]I Get A Rattle Noise Somewhere Near The Passenger Side....dont Know What It Is...help?[/QUOTe

I had a rattle that developed near the passenger side from time to time. Later I found out it was the seat belt buckle. Sometimes after being used,it can get caught up between the seat belt pillar and the side passenger seat resulting in an annoying rattle when the car is in motion. Make sure that the passenger seatbelt buckle is positioned properly and not tangled up when not in use. This may be the problem you are hearing.

Help! Very annoying rattle from the sunroof too as Ellas9 said! It only comes when the visor is opened, and its gone when its closed. Has anyone found out a solution to this? I have done my best to find the solution but nothing avail.

rattles

My '04 TSX has had rattles from day one. Some have actually gone away by themselves (8,000 miles currently). Currently, I have a very annoying one that occurs on irregular road surfaces, somewhere in the console between the seats.
From day one I had the infamous rattle/crack in the dash, occuring on irregular surfaces, with colder temperatures. After the dealer claimed "no problem found", I located a TSB related to this issue and gave a copy to the service tech. He claimed to know nothing about it, and also claimed he couldn't reproduce the sound, so he wouldn't perform the fix.

Although the sound appears to be coming from the dash, it is actually coming from the front windshield trim/glass contact. I fiddled with the trim and the glass contacts, also pressing it down firmly with my hands, and it seems to have gone away for now. (The TSB fix includes removing the trim, checking the clips, and resealing with a cement.)

problems i've had:

front windshield rattle (replaced binding clips)

sunroof rattle (put that silicone spray or whatever...fixed..temporarily because after that every time i tilted the roof it made this really loud CLICK at the end)

sunroof rattle (fixed again...i dont know what they did)

front driver side speaker rattle (they said it's not rattling, but i say it is!)

clutch was making two clicks everytime i pushed it in all the way (first fix was lube...fixed that for about a week)

clutch was making two clicks everytime i pushed it in all the way (second fix...they replaced the clutch master)

nowwwwwwwwwww

metal clanging noise when i go over certain bumps from the rear right area of the trunk...probably that seat belt holder but havent called it in to get it checked out yet...

oh about 12k miles

Sunroof
Windshield (only in warm weather)
Steering Console (only in cold weather)
Doors (both sides when playing loud music)
Hood (when the cooling fan kicked in)
Center Console (only God knows what that is)

Christ did I buy a K-Car? Still love my TSX though!
