i was cruising along the highway when a bimmer cut me off which resulted in me swervin into the concrete wall at 100 km/h smashing my front bumper and left fender, my airbags ddeployed as well on the driver seat and the curtains came down, my seat belt is locked too, i cant go to the repair shop anytime soon cause of midterms, a friend of a friend from the dealership is telling me the cost of repairs is 10,000! i dont know, i just want another estimate of the repair cost, anyone?

Im surprised that little damage cause the bags to deploy... but that rim damage may very well mean suspension issues.

yeah, i can basically make a left turn at a red light without touching the wheel....

I figured as much, I would say at least a bent steering rack... just make sure you take it somewhere that can address the mechanical issues and not just a body shop.

All I see is one big pic that doesn't show much damage. Don't put much credence into what you might hear here. How the heck do we know how much it costs? (don't mean to flame anyone, but come on....). But.... if the $10K figure is anywhere near the ballpark, you're a good $2K above a total loss for any 05 (that I am pretty confident of as an 05 owner).
