Let this serve as my introduction
Just picked up a brand new clearout 06 TSX on Friday. Great car, great dealership, horrible steering column rattle.

Brought it in for service today. They claimed to have fixed it but it was just as bad as ever when I drove it home. Since this rattle seems to be pretty common, I'm wondering how many dealer visits it took for you guys to get this problem fixed. I want to know what I'm in for.

 

Fixed my first time in, and I haven't heard it since.

 

One visit, four days, a few phone calls, and a brief demonstration of the noise.

 

Two visits. First one they took apart the steering wheel and ordered a new airbag assembly. Installed on the second visit, they were done by early afternoon. Steering wheel rattle has not returned.

 

where exactly is this rattle coming from? today i heard a slight rattle...it sounded like it was coming from the top dash area right above the gauges..maybe i need to take it in and get it checked out...
