Help with Replacement Wheels

I have a 2004 AT Acura TSX with 110k miles on it. I've always had vibration issues at highway speeds. My mechanic took a look and told me that 2 of my wheels are bent and that I need to replace them. He told me that he has a guy that can get us nice used wheels for $200 a piece. There are guys on ebay selling reproduction wheels for $100 a piece. I just don't know how much I trust buying those wheels on ebay. What is a reasonable price to pay for new wheels and where would recommend that I go to get my wheels. Thanks for help guys.

I'm looking for stock wheels since I'm only looking to buy 2 wheels and if I go after market then I have to replace all 4 in order to have matching wheels.

I also just got new tires so I don't have the money to get new wheels and tires. My parents are also paying to replace the 2 wheels and I'd prefer not to have to spend money on new wheels.

Yeah, I could go after market if I could get wheels that fit 215/50/17 tires. I think that the stocks look pretty good but I've always loved enkei 5 spoke wheels but I feel like you need 18's to look good.

The guy on ebay has like a 99.4% approval rating from a couple thousand sales.

^^^ thats not bad....

the only reason I said check the BM and not ebay as I go to ebay for cheap quality stuff....not really for rims/tires/brakes etc....

I know many members are trying to sell the rims on BM....so you might get someone who is selling in pairs as compared to sets....

GL !!

Yeah I've looked on BM but I didn't see any TSX wheels for sale. If I could get the right price I may buy a set of 4 if they were in good condition. Of course I'd have to confer with my parents first since they are paying. I didn't even see a set of 4 TSX wheels on there. It could just be that I'm missing them but I'm not getting wheels right away anyways. I'd get them around Christmas time since I'm at college now.

I wouldn't paint all the stuff on ebay with the same brush. There's a huge variety of quality and price points in pretty much every market they offer. It shouldn't be too hard to find a couple of used OE Acura TSX wheels. There may be replica wheels available at a cheaper new price, but they'll be clearly marked as such. And to anyone interested in those, read the specs carefully; they tend to be a little different (in color and offset for instance).

I just checked ebay and there are both OE and replica TSX wheels for sale there.
