headlight hid problem

hi guys i have a problem with my lights and the problem is that one of my hid's is working bright but it looks like its pointing too far down. but my main problem is with my second hid. it is not bright at all. it is barely lit. i still can see it on but it isnt bright at all it barely gives off any light. so i am deciding if i should buy a new hid and just switch it out or is that not the problem becuase it is on it just isnt bright so it shouldnt be damaged because it is on and lit just not bright for beans. plz help

Swap bulbs, put passenger on driver and drive on passenger side. If the problem consists on the same side then it could be a bad wire connection, ballasts, loose wire etc. If the problem changes sides with the bulbs then you're just going to need to buy a new set of bulbs.

As for the pointing too far down problem you can adjust it higher yourself. Keep in mind that the projectors are designed to be lower on the driver side to not blind oncoming traffic. Since idk if this is what you're referring to I'm suggesting that you take that into consideration too.

Use punctuation and break up your sentences in the future. That last sentence was an insane run on with no punctuation and just confused me lol.
