headlight fogging up

its not because of a defect in the headlite its cuz i replaced my ballast with TL ballast and it doesnt fit propering through the wire hole so cold air is leaking into the headlite and mix with the warm temperature of the headlite causing it to fog up. So I will have to modify the hole to make it bigger for the ballast to fit through. My question is how can i get rid of the condensation thats alread behind the lens. Can i use a blow dryer through the bulb holes some how?

Why did you change your TSX balast with a TL one? If it ain't broke why change it.

Take it off the car and let it dry inside your house for a day. Seal up any excess holes with silicone and re-install.

You can simply take a hair dryer or heat gun and apply heat from the outside (front of lens) without taking anything apart. It will take a few minutes for the lens to warm-up, then everything will clear up quite quickly. However, you still need to find a way to prevent it from happening again, like seal up any gaps.
