headlight deformity?

to make a long story short, i had my whole front rebuilt. got into an accident and it's been in the bodyshop for a while. got the car back, drove it for a week then noticed the lights were a little "off" after i turned on the HIDs at night.

when they were on, they driver side beam seemed to have a "halo" shadow beneath the bulb when shining onto a wall. in comparison to the right side, it only occured with the left headlight.

now from my understanding, the bodyshop put in aftermarket headlights because of insurance policy. they are wanting to put in factory headlights, but the insurance is not allowing them to do so, so i think i may be stuck with aftermarket headlights.

my question is: do any of your guys' car do this? i know it's hard without any pictures to fathom what i'm trying to explain. it would even be greatly appreciate if you guys took some pics of your lightbulb beams shining on the wall so i can show the bodyshop that this isn't normal...

any help would be GREATLY appreciated...

There's a couple of headlight beam pics when I did a Google search. I used "Acura tsx headlight pictures"
