Drying out headlights
I got my engine bay cleaned recently and I think the people who hosed down my engine bay got water in my headlights. There's a bit of haze/fog in my headlights when I turn them on now.
I think I only need to take out a bulb and toss a hair dryer at it, but the question is which one. The signal light seems to come out really easily, but the high beam (H3 bulb) seems a bit hard to get out. Can I just take out the signal bulb and fire the hair dryer at it? Or do I have to use the high beam slot...?
If it's the case that it is the high beam bulb, how do I pull it out? I've managed to take off the connector & weather guard rubber, but can't seem to pull out the bulb. The manual seems to indicate that I should just yank it, but I would like to get some confirmation before I go that route!
Any help is appreciated!
