I have a 2007 TSX, and a dent just above my rear tail light. It's about 3"x2" in size. I think I can pound it out from the inside via a removable access panel in the trunk.

Has anyone else a suggestion? (I don't think the heatgun/c02 solution will work as it's a small and deep dent.)

 

Paintless dent removal should be able to fix you up. And come on..... it's not an 85 Chevy; pony it up and fix it right!
