Dealing with Paragon Acura/Acura of Brooklyn??
Anyone here dealt with either of these two service depts?
i know that Acura of Manhattan sucks and i'm never bringing my car there.

Paragon sucks a**. They are such s**m bags over there. I live in queens, and I went all the way to New Rochelle to get my TSX. Just a better over all experience. Paragon will try and get over you in any way possible, and they will tell you one thing, and do something else. If you don't want to go to New Rochelle, even though its not that far away, Ralley in Long Island is a very good dealership. Just stay away from Paragon!!!!
