Cold start noise with video

I have this noise during cold starts. Is not engine speed related. Happens with ac on or off. Goes away when car is warm. Can't be heard when driving, because the engine and road noise drown it out. Car is a 2006 with 100,000 miles. Six speed. Ideas?
