Changing battery - what gets wiped from mem?

I know that the dealership has a memory saver (back up battery they use while swapping). Just wondering what I will have to re-enter. Possibly stereo code (will have to dig for that) Maybe all my radio stations.

Any ideas on a replacement battery? Does it even matter?

I recently changed my dead OEM Panasonic with Autozone's Duralast Yellow. It does the job for $80.
You'll have to set your auto up/down driver's window too. Just hold up for 5sec, then down for 5 sec.

you won't lose the radio stations, just need to input the navi code (if you have one) and the radio code.

When I unplugged the battery toi clear the CEL code, it does erase ALL radio station/Treble/Bass setting. You need to re-enter radio code and reset the radio station, and the dash-board lightness (when you turn on the light).

TSX takes a 51R. We make Optima batteries and don't make a Red Top for a TSX only a Yellow Top in the TSX size.

Try this: (It works for the 05 but that doesn't have the oil life)

Turn off car
Hold Select/Reset
Turn on car to ignition II
Keep holding for like 10 seconds

Also...the radio code should be with the stuff that came with your car. If not check the side of the glove box. If it's not there, check the underside of the fuse box under the hood. If it's not there go to the dealership and ask them to pull it up for you. Some will try to charge you but it should be free according to Owner's link.
