Reading through the forums my car (2005 tsx Automatic) seems to be having all the issues associated with APP Sensor failure except I do not get the P2138 code which seems to be the one most associated. The two codes I get are p2101 (throttle actuator system malfunction) and p2176 (idle position not learned).
So here's a detailed description of the problem.
When I start the car I can put it in to drive and the car will drive and accelerate. Once I let my foot off the gas pedal or stop the car the VSA light will come on and the car goes into limp mode. The CEL is on as well.
Restarting the car clears the VSA but CEL remains on.
To me it feels as if once the engine starts to idle is when it goes into limp mode. For example, If I start the car but don't immediately start driving after about 20 seconds the VSA light comes on and the car goes into limp mode.
I have been experiencing uneven acceleration for several months prior to the car going into limp mode.

Does this sound like it could be the App Sensor or something else.
Any help would be appreciated.
