can i still change to synthetic oil???

can i still change to synthetic oil???
I pick up my tsx at the begin of the year with 83000 miles on it and since had the oil changed twice, one the day i got it and at 86000 miles. well next oil change is coming up so it it too late to change over to synthetic???

why not wait till 93k? you only need it changed every 10k miles...

If it is a cheap mineral, it only lasts about 5k before it starts getting rough.
