Brake Rotors Warped at 20K

I have a 2004 TSX I purchased new, it now has 28K and for the last 8K I have had a shimmey in the steering when braking at 35 - 45 MPH. I have had 4 Honda's previously with way more miles and have never had brake issues. I took it to the Dealership as it is going out of warranty and they said they will not cover any of the costs for the rotors or pads. I am contesting it with Acura.........will see where it goes, any suggestions?
Is this a common occurance in the TSX's?

PLENTY of threads on this already. Search and you will find them. Hint....yes, it is a VERY common occurrence. You can try replacing just the pads and re-bed them, or replace with aftermarket rotors and pads which is usually a better solution, since the OEM parts usually just cause problems again and again. Tire Rack has parts to choose from.
