Bluetooth: Phone is in use

When I try to dial out with the bluetooth is always says my phone is in use when it is not. How can I fix this. I Tried resetting the phone.

I'll have to check back...same problem here

I'm convinced it's the phone. I have two and can get it to reset if I call myself from the second phone?..
The same problem comes back though when the bluetooth synchs?..
